Timeframes
For open enrollment programs, refund requests submitted at least fourteen days before the cohort start date receive a full refund of tuition paid, excluding non-refundable processor fees explicitly itemized on the invoice.
Within fourteen days of start, partial credits may apply as described under eligibility; custom enterprise statements of work follow their signed schedules.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on delivery format. Self-paced libraries opened beyond the first module may be ineligible for full refunds because access logs demonstrate material consumption.
Transfers to a later cohort may be offered once per enrollment when seats exist, which pauses refund clocks until the new cohort date passes without attendance.
How to request
Email hello@portal-network.one with invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. Enterprise customers should copy their procurement contact when applicable.
Processing steps
We acknowledge requests within three business days, verify payment records, and issue decisions in writing. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless impossible, in which case we propose an alternative with audit trail.
Scope of policy
This policy covers FailSafe Academy-branded programs sold directly through portal-network.one or authorized statements of work. Reseller purchases follow the reseller’s policy first, then ours for any remaining balance.
Non-refundable items
Certification exam vouchers purchased on your behalf may be non-refundable once codes are issued. Shipping for physical kits, if any, follows carrier policies once dispatched.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of future registrations pending reconciliation.
Credits and substitutions
Where refunds are not legally required but fairness supports a remedy, we may offer credits applicable to another program within twelve months. Credits are nominal, non-transferable except with written enterprise approval.
Korean consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under the Framework Act on Consumers or related regulations. Where mandatory law provides a longer cooling-off or broader remedy, that law governs the disputed portion.
