Enrollment
Do you guarantee job placement after courses?
No. We document skills and provide templates you can show employers, but hiring outcomes depend on many external factors.
Can I switch cohorts after paying?
One transfer per enrollment is available when seats exist, up to ten days before the listed start, as described in the refund policy.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Quotes state whether Korean VAT applies. If your finance team needs a revised PDF, email hello@portal-network.one with your entity details.
Labs and access
What happens if a lab platform has an outage?
We reschedule affected blocks and extend access windows; we do not pretend outages did not happen.
Is every module available offline?
No. Some mentor reviews and live critiques require scheduled connectivity. Downloadable artifacts are listed per course.
Do you ship hardware?
Tape samples ship within Korea only. Other courses are bring-your-own hardware or cloud sandboxes.
Honest limitations
What is explicitly not included?
Vendor licensing, procurement negotiations, legal advice, and production data cleanup are out of scope even if related topics appear in discussion.
Will you sign unlimited liability clauses?
No. Enterprise engagements use mutually reviewed statements of work with capped liability aligned to fees.
